Q. How long does it take to receive a custom order from Freedom by Design?
A. Custom orders ship within 4 weeks of the order date. We require a 50% deposit for all custom orders and do not accept returns on these items.

Q. What is the return policy for ready to ship items?
A. Ready to ship items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
